- Math - Continuing our study of area of rectangles and irregular polygons, I've added some additional Area assignments on TenMarks. Tonight, students' homework requires one TenMarks area lesson. Please ensure that your child has computer time to complete this assignment.
- Dr. Cox - Tomorrow we will have our fifth of ten classes with our Music Center artist, Dr. Colin Cox. Ask your child to tell you about the California native animal they've been researching and two "friendly animals" that that live in the same habitat as their first animal and are not in the same food chain (one does not eat the other!). Your child should be able to show you the sign for all three animals and finger-spell each animals name. (This homework was assigned two weeks ago.)
- Apex Update - Please complete our fundraiser by paying your pledges in full by the Thursday deadline. BONUS: Those classes who have all pledges paid-in-full by Thursday will receive a pizza party! Room 1321's final total is $44.00 per lap, so we've earned a Crazy Socks/Shoes-Free Day, which will be on Thursday. In the end, 18 of 26 students participated --- thank you for your support of the arts at Keppel.
Hoping you all had a relaxing three-day weekend. Here are a few items of interest:
