After realizing today that the way decisions are being made is unfair (first person to touch the wall gets to decide, favoring those who run, push ahead, are lucky enough to be dismissed first), our focus today was on being part of the solution. Boys are using the think sheet to reflect on how they can be part of the solution going forward, whether or not they were a major part of the incident we discussed today. I hope that parents will take a few minutes to hear about the problems from their son and support them as they work toward a solution that works for everyone.
Peter Pan, Jr. - This morning we attended a short "teaser" of the upcoming master class production of Peter Pan, Jr. We could tell that this is a show we don't want to miss! Tickets priced at $10.00 each can be purchased on the Keppel website. Aside from really enjoying the performance, we picked up a lot of tips that we can use in our own musical.
The Environmental Show - Did you see that we've set the performance dates? Mark your calendar now for our family & friends performance on Monday, June 3rd at 6:00pm in the cafeteria. We will also present multiple performances to classes the next day on Tuesday, June 4th.
